READ-1 MANAGE YOUR STRESS. 
1. Mental Capacity of Man
  • Mind, emotions and body are all closely interlinked and always work together. 
  • Man's mental capacities are useful to concentrate, to take in new information, to remember old and new information and he/she can think logically.
  • Everyone needs mental capacity to study, to work, and to make rational decisions in day-to-day life. 
  • Man's mind is the logical part of him. 
  • It helps him to make unemotional decision, to store information and to calculate. 
  • The emotional trouble causes stress. 
  • If you deal with stress, your mental capacity will be affected less.


2. Exercises to Deal with Mental Stress
The following are the exercise to help you to rebalance, if your mental capacity has started to suffer due to stress:
 1. Stop over thinking: You should say yourself repeatedly “I have no expectations and I will deal with whatever happens. These thoughts will relax your mind. Over thinking does not keep you calm.
 2. Self-hypnosis: to do this exercise we should sit comfortably in a chair counting 100 to 1 in a reverse, and imagine some beautiful picture which will help you to come out of stress.
 3. The screen exercise: in this exercise you have to think about the problem which is the reason for your stress. Now you have to project it on a screen of mind and watch it as a third person. Now think about the solution as an outsider.
 4. Anticipating success: We have to open a source of optimism against pessimism so that we can feel calm and can experiences our own imagined achievements. It will lead us optimism.
